Policies

  1. Registration – All students must be registered before taking the first regular class. This includes filling out and signing the medical release form. All students under the age of 18 must have a parent sign the registration form and the medical release form. Payment for the month must also be received before taking a class.
    1. Tuition is due no later than the 5th of the month. A late fee of $10 will be assessed if payment is received later than the 5th.
    2. Tuition is based on a monthly fee. Even though some months have fewer days, it evens out over the course of the year.
    3. There are no refunds or credits due to missed classes. It is the student’s responsibility to schedule a make-up class with the office. Make-up classes must be taken within 2 weeks of the missed class.
    4. Tuition is pro-rated if you begin classes in the middle of the month.
    5. All returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 fee to cover our bank charges.
    6. We accept cash, money orders, checks, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover cards.
    7. University Dance Project must be notified in writing or in person if a student chooses to un-enroll in classes. This avoids confusion and assures that the student truly wishes to un-enroll. Until we are notified, the student will be considered “enrolled” and monthly fees will continue to bill. No refunds or credits given if the student un-enrolls during the month of paid classes.
  2. Tuition Cards may be purchased by any student or adult. The cards are priced at $100.00 for 10 classes; get the 11th class FREE! Available to those 18 years or older only. The Card may be used for any class (only by the cardholder) providing there is room in the class. Cards are great for people with erratic schedules!
  3. Trial Classes are available free of charge. Limit 1 per student.
